We serve fresh fish gathered from various regions of Japan, starting with fatty kinmedai, grilled over charcoal for our customers. Additionally, seasonal vegetables are sourced from excellent producers nationwide and are beautifully prepared. Our menu features dishes that make the most of seasonal ingredients, such as highly acclaimed Japanese-style aquapazza and salt-grilled dishes.

Store manager Nagai moved to Tokyo from Ehime in 2018, encountered Robata Sho, and was drawn to the staff's enthusiasm and the customers' smiles, so he joined the team. Currently, as manager he runs the shop and is devoted to creating an environment where each staff member can work energetically. He sincerely provides service to give customers an enjoyable time and help them recharge their energy for the next day.
